Audit
We sit down with you — usually 90 minutes — and map every workflow that eats your week. What gets repeated, what gets dropped, what gets re-done because nobody followed up. The output is a punch list ordered by hours saved per week.

Design
For each agent, we write a one-pager: what it does, what it never does, what triggers it, who has to approve what. You sign off before we build. Nothing goes live without your green light.

Build
We connect the agent to the tools you already use — your CRM, your calendar, your inbox, your booking software. No "rip and replace." We work with Make, Zapier, n8n, Claude, and direct API integrations depending on what fits.

Monitor
Every agent reports to a dashboard in your client portal. You see what it did, what it skipped, and what it flagged for you. We tune for the first 30 days, then check in monthly. Agents that stop pulling weight get retired.
